Social Media Persona #4: Loud Talkers

You know this person. In fact, several people at Ootem are this persona. These are the people who speak freely and openly online (and offline) about their true thoughts and feelings about brands, people, and events, ect. They are very interested in sharing their personal experiences in order to find others who have had similar experiences. It should come to no surprise that the “Loud Talkers” are active bloggers, and highly active consumer review posters. They are more likely to share thoughts and feeling via Twitter.

How does a brand engage with a “Loud Talker” persona: ask (and be ready) for honest feedback. If you do, you will gain loyalty and may learn a thing or two about your brand.
